Tank with cover fabricated from M.S. sheet and section, fitted with water pump, pipe line and shower for close circuit water circulation for testing of the Idlers for water-proofness. The Idler under testing is driven by a motor with the help of rubberized roller while the water keeps pouring on the roller under test.Suitable arrangement is provided to take care of different length and diameter of the job.The test chamber will be provided with suitable window of Perspex sheet so that the testing can be witnessed without any water splattering disturbances. 3 Phase supply for the motor and 220V supply for the pump is required to be provided by the user/client.The tank   will be painted with rust resistance paint.
